Prevention and early education

Prevention is part of our work

We believe the best way to reduce domestic violence in our community is to start early. Our school workshops give young people the knowledge and language to understand what healthy relationships look like, recognize when something is wrong, and know how to get help.

These programs run September through June in Grande Cache schools, for students in grades 1 through 12. Teen Dating Violence Prevention is a separate, standalone program available year-round.
