2nd Annual Golf Tournament
Thank you for supporting Heart on the Green
Heart on the Green was a tournament for hope, healing and happiness. To every sponsor and donor who gave to it: thank you.
Every sponsorship, donation, prize and contribution helps us keep our support free for women and children in Grande Cache. Because of you, we can continue to be there.
With gratitude, from everyone at the Grande Cache Transition House Society.
